How to make a super soft and fluffy Basic Steamed Rice Cake. Here's what you'll need: 5 egg yolks 1/8 cup oil (30ml) 1/3 cup milk (80ml) 1 and 1/4 cup fine rice flour (140g) a pinch of salt 5 egg whites 1/2 tsp cream of tartar or white vinegar or lemon juice 1/3 cup sugar (65g) -This is a basic recipe, you can add like vanilla, pandan extract, ube extract or any flavoring you prefer. You can bake this too at 180°C(350°F) for 25-30 minutes. Baking time may vary as ovens has different specifications. Please adjust accordingly.
