Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 Tbsp
Fresh Coriander/Mint: Handful
Garam Masala Powder: ½ Tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder: ¼ Tbsp

Star Anise: 1 No.
Bay Leaves: 2 Nos.
Javitri (Mace): 1 No.
Black Cardamom: 2 Nos.
Green Cardamom: 5-6 Nos.
Black Pepper Corn: 15-20 Nos.
Cinnamon Stick: 1 Inch (2 Nos.)
Rice:
Basmati Rice: 1.5 Kgs
Water: 6 L
Oil: 50 ml.
Salt: as per taste
Bay Leaves: 2 Nos.
