We Finally Know Why Costco Stopped Selling Its Brisket Sandwich

Is there anything better than a good barbecue beef brisket sandwich? Just typing those words out will make you hungry. Fans of the smoky-meat-and-creamy-coleslaw combo used to be able to pop into Costco (if they were members, of course) and drop just $4.99 to get one, but times have unfortunately changed. Sometime in Spring 2020, the sandwich seemingly disappeared from menus, and the big box store is silent as to why.
