Eskabetseng Tokwa
Ingredients:
4 pcs tokwa/tofu (sliced in to two)
Cooking Oil
Flour
1 Pack Oyster Sauce
2-3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoon Black Beans
3 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Cup Water
Ground Pepper
1 whole Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Red and Green Bell Pepper
Ginger
Procedure:
1.Coat the tofu with flour, heat up the oil and fry the coated tofu
2.Let's make the sauce while tofu is still frying
3. saute red onion on oil, next the garlic, ginger, carrots, green and red bell pepper black beans (one at a time) mix it all together
4.Add vinegar, soy sauce and sugar to taste, next oyster sauce and water
5.Add the fried tofu on the sauce and wait the tofu to absorb the tofu sauce.Ready to Serve‼
