We are back with a new recipe of mashed potatoes curry also known as aloo ko tarkari. Aalu/aloo ko tarkari is a very simple but useful recipe in the kitchen. Aloo ko tarkari is prepared from boiled potatoes cooked in a creamy tomato and onion gravy. A touch of roasted cumin seeds, black pepper and coriander powder in the recipe along with some fresh coriander and green chili adds to the flavor.
