All Dogs Go to Heaven - Let Me Be Surprised (4k AI Upscale)

This was upscaled using Topaz Video Enhance AI. Not sure how I feel about the final product as it gives the animation a smoother appearance and got rid of all the film grain. There are some sections of the video that appear like they're out of focus. I think these sections appear this way because the original video had more film grain in these areas. Overall, a cool experiment and a video I thought was worth uploading. This video is not intended for children. It is a demonstration of AI upscaling and how it works on 2D animation.
