Hawking Radiation | Physicist Briefly Explains

Hawking #radiation of a #blackhole was one of Stephen Hawking's greatest contributions to #physics /#science / #quantumphysics / #astrophysics ~ and note that this #explanation is extremely simplified. Hawking was able to resolve this quantum effect on a phenomenon that was treated as strictly Classical without a Grand Unified Theory involved quantum #gravity He also found that the De Broglie Wavelength of the Hawking Radiation was correlated to the size of the Black Body / Black Hole ~ and as the Schwarzchild Radius increased, the evaporation rate / hawking radiation intensity decreased, but as the Radius decreased, the radiation rate increased! Meaning, as the black hole evaporates, the rate of evaporation increases due to the De Broglie modal information (frequency/wavelength) changing!
