Ragi means finger millet also known as African Millet. This is an healthy and nutritious snack made with ingredients using ragi flour, groundnuts, channa and other spices; made into nice roundels and deep fried until golden brown. Truly yummy and flavourful snacks to eat. made with ragi also called as African Millet ( Ragi Flour) RAGI VADA http://www.vahrehvah.com/ragi-vada Ingredients to taste chilli flakes 1 stalk curry leaves 1/2 cup daliya powdered ( pottu kadalai in tamil ) to fry oil 1 number onion 1/2 cup peanuts 1 cup ragi flour to taste salt Directions Mix all the ingredients together with water to a vada mixture consistency . Make sure it is not too watery . Heat oil in a kadai .
