@yakmoore43769 months ago I agree with absolutely everything except the Jalen Hurts take. I watched him thru college and since he has been in the NFL. He is a decent QB, but I refuse to believe the hype. The man has had one of the best teams to support him. All star line, excellent running back, elite receivers….the list goes on. You can’t tell me the man is elite until he does it with what Jones has had to work with. I mean he did get benched in college for Tua…..I just don’t believe he should be so high on everyone’s list. The man isn’t as good as Jones and this year will prove it. ... 107

@M_Lev9 months ago I hope you're right. They have the ingredients for success that's for sure. Brian Dabol has been a refreshing change at hc, something NYG football has been lacking since Coughlin. Strength of schedule will be a tough variable to account for this year, but if mistakes are minimized they can absolutely make a playoff run. I found your channel with the Josh Rosen video. @lastedain4509 months ago You hit the nail on the head. Giants QBs are never given the credit they deserve going back to Simms (though after the fact people will retroactively pretend otherwise).
Daboll and Kafka ran an offense they felt that they needed to with what players they had. Now with a much improved roster they will use that to fullest effect.
I'm not criticizing Hurts at all but a couple of years ago people were doubting him. Then add a couple of top WRs with a great offensive line and his play soars. I expect DJ and the offense as a whole to be much better this year and as long as the defense also improves the Giants should make the Superbowl by the '25 season. ... 8

@crazyrobot109 months ago Their schedule is tough this year. Will need go .500 in division while playing the AFC east and NFC west. Every other team in the division got better too. If Sam Howell ends up being something at QB for the Redskins, they could compete for that 7th seed in the NFC. The Eagles are locks for 1st. The cowboys have a great defense however a couple injuries away from being irrelevant. The Giants will need to have a lot of luck to make a run this year ... 2

@Mr4Grim9 months ago Great breakdown.... exactly what I have been saying to people for a long while. I don't understand the hate on DJ...it's not he is some wild dude doing wild things on and off the field, or maybe that's the reason.
He simply hasn't been in a system for more than a year consistently and didn't have a great receiving core or even a decent O-line.
This will be the best year to truly evaluate DJ as he is in year 2 with the same coaching staff and system, a much more talented receiving core with legit weapons and a solid O-line.
I want DJ to succeed ...if he does, so does the Giants as a team. ... 2

My guys had a glaring hole at receiver last year, this year we have a glut of receivers with the beautiful problem of a tough choice for cuts to 53. Saquon's gonna have a chip on his shoulder over the one year deal vs getting paid for 5. And further, our o line is improved over last season - maybe not an elite unit yet, but better none the less. All this and, just like they did with Eli before him, DJ is gonna get slept on at the rest of the NFL's, and the pundits, peril. Bring the noise! Let's go big Blue! ... 2
