Happy Monday fam! How are you holding up? It's been tough for all of us I'm sure. That's where fitness comes in. Training your body and pushing your limits is ALSO training for your mind. You can handle anything. We're pulling for you and we're here to help. And we're back with another Muscle Monday! By now you have a full week of workouts to work with. Your growing fitness library will soon give you an unlimited number of training options. SECTION 1: CARDIO ABS SET-UP: No equipment? No problem. This routine is ALL killer cardio and a perfectly targeted abs routine. Perform every cardio move at the fastest speed you can handle. You'll constantly be getting up and down from the floor, with the ab moves we've stacked in between. A lot of core work and a high-calorie burn makes for an outstanding program. SECTION 2: COMPLETE UPPER BODY + CARDIO SET-UP: Two medium-weight dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells, get some soon! Household objects are great, but nothing will beat having a pair of 8's, 10's, or 12's (or more for advanced members). You won't have to break the bank with too many dumbbells. Just get ONE pair that's challenging, and as the weights start to feel easier, you can emphasize reps, form, and tempo. You'll never outgrow them. That being said, having 2-3 weight ranges to choose from is also great. Also featured is the Lebert Equalizer. Although not a must, it wouldn't be a bad idea to grab a pair. No home gym is complete without it. This upper routine is perfectly designed to hit every major upper body muscle group. Perform both sections in sequence, with minimal rest in between. Advanced members, you have a few options: perform both videos twice through, or perform each once, and add in your favorite additional routine from last week. As always, ask a physician if you're healthy enough to start this or any fitness program. Enjoy the gains!
