रविवार रात को एक रिपोर्ट सामने आई, जिसमें दावा किया गया कि इज़रायल SOFTWARE Pegasus की मदद से भारत के करीब 300 लोगों के फोन हैक किए गए. इनमें पत्रकार, मंत्री, नेता, बिजनेसमैन शामिल हैं. ये रिपोर्ट वाशिंगटन पोस्ट समेत दुनिया की करीब 16 मीडिया कंपनी द्वारा पब्लिश की गई है. रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक भारत के करीब 40 Journalists का नाम शामिल किया गया है. दावा है कि दावा है कि 2018 से 2019 के बीच अलग-अलग मौकों पर इन सभी पत्रकारों के फोन हैक किए गए या हैक करने की कोशिश की गई. इस दौरान व्हाट्सएप कॉल, फोन कॉल, लोकेशन समेत अन्य कई जानकारियां ली गई. कंपनियों के मुताबिक, इस रिपोर्ट की अलग-अलग कड़ियां पेश की जाएंगी. जिसकी शुरुआत रविवार रात से की गई है. आने वाले कड़ियों में नेताओं, मंत्रियों और अन्य संवैधानिक पदों पर बैठे लोगों के नाम हो सकते हैं. रिपोर्ट के सामने आने के बाद केंद्र सरकार द्वारा इस मसले पर जवाब दिया गया. भारत सरकार ने फोन हैकिंग के आरोपों और इससे जुड़ी रिपोर्ट को खारिज किया और साथ ही इस रिपोर्ट को भारतीय लोकतंत्र की छवि खराब करने की कोशिश बताया गया.इसको लेकर OPPOSITION सरकार पर हमलावर हो गई है.और MONSOON सत्र के दौरान इस पर सरकार को घेरने को तैयार है A report surfaced on Sunday night, which claimed that the phones of around 300 people from India were hacked with the help of Israel SOFTWARE Pegasus.
