In Rosarito We are in Baja, Mexico, with my good friends, and we are going to taste a lot of delicious seafood today, and the first restaurant we are going to is called mariscos la estrella, which has an eight-kilogram giant crab called the Martian, and a lot of seafood such as shrimp, abalone, or rock cod that have big eyes, and the also have a type of fish called coral. We tasted a delicious dish that had abalone, avocado and octopus and rice and beans, which is a traditional way they serve and had a very interesting combination. I have to say that the 8 kilo crab is very, very tasty. I have never tried a crab this big before. Fish meat, rice, beans, salsa, lemon, a piece of crab brain and half a jalapeño make a unique and extremely delicious combination, all the seafood they use are fresh from the sea. The restaurant had amazing seafood. The next restaurant we want to go to is the place where the fish taco was invented and according to the famous and late Anthony Bourdain, it is the best street food in the world! Sabina restaurant is located in Ensenada, Mexico, which was not like this before and was a street food provider that was fully approved by Anthony Bourdain. Here, you can actually taste history and eat the best testada in the world. Mrs. La Guerrerense is the owner of this wonderful restaurant, whose photo with Anthony Bourdain could be seen in the restaurant. They have different seafood, from ceviche to all kinds of tacos, oysters, which are called michelada in Mexico, and all kinds of delicious drinks. At Sabina restaurant, they made ceviche for us, which was made from onion, tomato, lemon, vegetables, spices and chili powder, and it tasted great. They also have micheladas and their fish tacos are extremely delicious. They had spicy octupus, shrimp tacos, sashimi. The classic Ensenada fish, which was invented in this city, was one of the various items of Sabina restaurant. For the first time in my life, I tried geoduck, which is a type of Pacific clam and it's very large. First, they would remove the shell, then they would put the geoduck in boiling water for a few minutes and take it out, then they would cut it and chop it and mix it with onion, tomato, lemon, salt and chili pepper, so that it was like a salad and very tasty. They have their own special secret sauce that was made from almonds, peanuts and chili and made a wonderful combination with seafood.
