LOTR LCG Workshop - How good is Harbor Master

He will defend for the highest bidder and spent the majority of the time you played LOTR:LCG in the binder. Did he deserve this fate for not defending when you're broke? Welcome to the second episode of "How good is...?" and whether you're a veteran or a newbie, i hope you'll get something out of the video! EDIT: Early in the video, i mentioned heroes boosting Harbor Master's attack, and obviously i meant defence. Pretty much immediately after i started talking about synergies when i obviously meant similar cards (as it's written in the video). Just explaining it now so there's no confusion!
