Soft and super delicious to eat..Let's check out the recipe below.. Ingredients : 2 ltr milk for making kheer 500 ml milk for making pithe batter Sugar 500 gm Water 250 ml Sugar powder 2-3 tsp Aata / plain flour 1 cup Oil as required Ghee 1-2 tsp(optional) Method : Boil milk patiently till it comes to kheer consistency.. Take small amount of Kheer and make ball.. Flatten slightly.. Keep aside.. Prepare sugar syrup.. Sugar syrup should be slightly sticky.. In a bowl, take milk and add powdered sugar and plain flour.. Mix until lump free.. Dip the kheer in this batter and fry in hot oil.. Keep the flame medium.. Fry until light golden.. Dip immediately in the sugar syrup.. Let it soak the syrup properly..
